1. Submission of Detailed Application Form (DAF)
Shortlisted candidates must log in to the UPSC online portal (upsconline.nic.in) to complete their DAF and upload requisite certificates (educational qualifications, category proofs, age verification, and medical registration) within the designated timeline. Failure to submit within the stipulated window results in disqualification.
2. Personality Test / Interview
- The interview carries 100 marks and assesses intellectual curiosity, leadership capability, balance of judgment, alertness of mind, and social cohesion.
- The interview schedule, along with e-Summon letters specifying individual dates and reporting slots, will be uploaded separately on the commission’s portal.
3. Final Merit List and Scorecard
- The final selection rank will be compiled based on cumulative scores achieved in Paper-I, Paper-II (500 marks total), and the Personality Test (100 marks).
- Individual scorecards, category-wise cut-off marks, and official answer keys will be published only after the final merit list is released.
