UPSSSC Advs. 11 Exam 2023: DV Schedule & Result for 283 Posts

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission conducts centralized recruitment under Advertisement No. 11-Exam/2023 to recruit technical drafting professionals across state departments including Irrigation and Agriculture. Appointed candidates receive remuneration under Pay Level 5 (Grade Pay ₹2,800/-) with basic emoluments of ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 per month along with applicable state government allowances.

Post-Wise Educational Qualification

• Nakshanavish (Cartographer): Qualified UPSSSC PET 2022 scorecard AND Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Certificate in Cartography from University of Roorkee / BHU / AMU / Government Arts College Lucknow OR ITI Certificate in Nakshanveesh (Draftsman).
• Manchitrak: Qualified UPSSSC PET 2022 scorecard AND Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Certificate in Cartography / Map Making from a recognized university/institution OR ITI Certificate in Draftsman trade.

Age Requirements

• Nakshanavish: 21 to 40 Years
• Manchitrak: 18 to 40 Years
• Age Relaxation: Standard upper-age concessions applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government reservation directives (5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates of UP state domicile).

Selection for Nakshanavish and Manchitrak cadres follows a multi-tier assessment methodology:

• Preliminary Screening: Initial candidate shortlisting conducted on the basis of normalized percentiles secured in UPSSSC PET 2022.
• Mains Written Examination: Technical subject test covering civil engineering/cartography disciplines, general knowledge, computer fundamentals, and UP-specific general studies.
• Document Verification (DV): In-person scrutiny of original marksheets, caste/domicile credentials, and identity documents.
• Final Merit List: Determination of final appointment lists based entirely on competitive scores attained in the Mains Written Examination.

2. Check the Notice Board / Examination Section on the homepage.
3. Select the link titled “Notice Regarding Document Verification for Advt. No. 11-Exam/2023, Nakshanavish and Manchitrak”.
4. Log in to the candidate interface using your PET 2022 Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, and Category.
5. Download the Document Verification Letter, Detailed Application Form, and Attestation Form.
6. Fill out the attestation forms accurately and assemble self-attested photocopies of all academic records, domicile, caste certificates, and photo ID.
7. Report to the UPSSSC office in Lucknow on your scheduled DV date between 09 and 23 September 2026 along with all original documents and photographs.
